Clen and no cardio????
I will be taking Clen at the end of my cycle. All I want to do is cut some fat and preserve muscle. I work out 5 days a week, for 1-1,5 hours sometimes longer. Will the Clen be effective without cardio or a waste. Should I save it when I'm ready to be dedicated to some cardio or go ahead and take it and still just workout like I have been doing.

never used it, BUT I heard its a waste without proper diet/cardio

Listen to IronHorse its true without cardio and diet clen is just a waste and you won't be using it to its full potential.

why don't you want to do cardio? cardio alone is more effective than clen IMO.

You can take clen post cycle, to help keep your body in a anti-catabolic state. Doing that you wouldnt need to do cardio, just take them at low dosages not high ones. Also you can just follow your normal workout routine and not do cardio and you will be fine. As for using clen as a fat reducer, you would definatly need to keep your diet in check and clean, also must do cardio to reduce BF.
Hope some of this helps, its just my expereince with clen.
