i aree with papa 200 wk will do nothing even @300 you probably wont see any results. except for a few pimples on your back i assume you are looking for mass cycle so if you are add some test to it you will see good results.tell us your stats and what you are looking to gain and we will try to get you going on somthing that is going to work ok bro?

Bump the deca up to 400mg a week,, probably still wont see to many sides.
