How much B6 should I take during a test/ deca cycle?

Normally, it is 200mg QD

how toxic are you talking? B vitamins are water soluble right? So would you just piss everything extra out? Obviously if you took a ton then it couldnt be good...just wondering

Actually you can overdose on any vitamin. Fat or water soluable. B-6 should not be taken lightly, it can cause permanent nerve damage. Stick to no more than 200mg ED. Only take it when running Deca or Tren !
