Aspirating

i find it very hard to aspirate when injecting anywhere, only places i do are my bis, delts and butt, can someone gimme suggestions on how? im not very flexible i guess

I have the same problem, and the water retention from my cycle is increasing and making injecting a real challenge, so i just got my brother to do my injections as of yesterday.

ye id much rather do my own injections, seems steroids in lafayette among tha people i kno...well they arent very educated and dont try to be, so id rather do it myself

On the glute you use your left hand(if injecting on your left glute) to inject, hold the syringe there and then with your right hand aspirate . On the delt, it's a little trickier since you cant use bothh hands. Have you taken a look @

Try holding the syringe between your ring finger and thumbs, and grab just below the end of the plunger with your middle and pointer finger. That's how I do it and I aspirate that place on every spot I have and do inject. There is a learning curve to it but you should pick it up fairly quickly.

yes but it doesnt show him aspirating on there, and i cant reach my right hand to tha left or left hand to right glute lol, that smy problem, maybe i need to stretch more, i mainly do delt injections tho

yeah spotinjections.com is where I learned how to inject. But the aspiration part comes naturally after you do it a bunch of times. It's really easy to do just needs a bit of practice. Hardest place I had was traps and lats but neither give me much problem anymore. Just do a cycle with ed injections you'll get some practice

it's not. Just takes a second and lets you know where you're injecting. I mean, I must have had a few hundred allergy shots among others when I've been to the doctor. They've never aspirated once. But it's good to know if you are about to inject into a vein.

ye i never aspirate either, but i only do test e, i never have had to do ED injections, but i am looking more into my health now and i am going ot begin aspirating, only thing that has happened to me (twice) is i injected (or hit) a vein and i felt like i was gonna pass out, i got light headed (and scared, never wanna do it again), but i guess im lucky, not gonna take my chances w/ luck any longer tho

Well possibly injecting into a vein and possibly dying, no that bad is it?
Oh and if you inject a little into the vein, youll get lightheaded and start coughing uncontrolably for a very long time. Not a picnic

ive never couged, but tha lightheadedness is not fun, especially when de****g w/ drugs, didndt like that

Your not the only one. It is fuken really hard when i aspirate .

But it should be a habit soon and it won't be bad.
