Just got busted.

I ordered 2000 pink thai's. After I got them in the mail I went back to my business. Just after I opened the package in they came. There were 5 of them. They didn't cuff me and take me in. They searched my business and then my home. They didn't find anything because I showed them where everything was. They got the 2000 D-bol's, about 30 ml of sust, 50 ml deca , 8 preloaded syringes of EQ, some nolv, clomid and about 100 syringes, unopened and used. They said I would get some papers in the mail in 2-4 weeks stating my court date. Since I cooperated they said the courts probably won't be so hard on me. They said I could ask for a lower sentence. There is a felony that is not permanent, after a few years it is off your record. They can't guarantee it but they said I probably won't get any jail time, just a few years probation.

If anyone has been busted b4 or knows of anyone could you brief me in. I would like to hear some stories. I'm freaking out here.

to piggy back on what fibidux said make sure you can prove that it was all for personal use. get sources and cycles that go along with what you had do some research on it and print off some cycles that would that would verify that it was for personal use. this is all 5hit a good lawyer would tell you to do but you dont run across too many lawyers who deal in this sort of thing that often.

Mn is a liberal state, but with all the witch hunts for gear I wouldn't take this lightly at all. Call and ask your lawyers before retaining their services if they have any knowledge of AS. I would only retain somone with knowledge, not some PI attorny. This is a big heads up for all of us, do NOT believe the cops, refuse searches and I go so far as to never open a package for a few days and then do it outside when it is dark and my fat ass neighbor isn't window watching. because of ordering from Thailand... Way to hot to mess with shipping to
your home or business from there now...

Only advice I can give you is spend the $$$ for a good lawyer and good

Im sure you wont do any time but your gonna have to pay a good amount on the lawyer and a good amount of probation, community service and fines. Also this was my second offense.

and ordering from China is not much better, again depends how they

sorry to say it, but it makes complete sense. these people just see numbers. there are alot of stupid things they do... i can't remember the example, but they really go by qty/weight, not the actual drug amount. if you had ordered 40 500mg DBOLS, they wouldn't have raised a finger. 2000 of anything, and ur gonna raise flags..

p.s. -- your gonna most likely get charged with intent to distribute. its gonna be difficult without expert testimony (i.e. doctor /w lawyer etc) to convince the judge that it was for personal use. And your gonna have a tough time getting an expert witness to tesify that 2000 dbols will be for personal use... after all, international pharmacies that still sell it list the recommended dose at 5 mg, and it wouldn't take the DA much to convince the judge.

I recommend being very proactive and finding an excellent attorney -- but you can wait for the charges I guess.

I thought that AAS was in the same class as heroin and cocaine? Could be wrong though. No I've never heard of a felony that will go off your record in a few years. Even if you plead to a lesser charge, unless it's a misdeminor, it's still going to show on your record as a felony, just a different class. Me, I have a class B felony, should've got a class A, but I worked with the prosecutor. Get a good lawyer that has experience in cases like yours. You got busted with enough for an intent charge, so that should be your main focus as of now, at least I think. With a good, experienced lawyer, he should be able to establish your own usage to the court, showing them that you had no intent to sell.

All that aside, my thoughts and prayers are with you bro. I know first hand what it's like to have to go through the court systems, and I F UCKING hate itmore then anything in the world.

Braz...How much have you ordered form that source? Do you work out at a gym with off duty cops around? Most gyms have cops working out in them. If that's you in your Avatar, you're huge. Lots of haters out there and they would love to see you go down. Especially cops, they're the most jealous of them all. i know the gym i go to has at least one cop in it, he's a pretty fit guy, but he ain't huge.

i don't really think he is bothered by the juicers......does not take an expert to figure it out lookin' around. i'd say there's a very high probability that 1/3 of the kids ages 20-30 that go to this gym juice ( i can count 11 who are in there all the time and who are jacked all around...), and there are a few older folks who look like it too.

theres a lot of variables involved, but basically I think A) dont underestimate the necessity of a good lawyer and B) Jails are too crowded already for them to lock you up over a first offense
