If you are planning to do anything illect with that card, you are better off getting a pre-paid debit card.

u need to show drivers license when using them at stores like best buy and what not so im sure they will make u to prove u r 18 anyway

See if your local mall carries visa gift cards. they usually cost $1 to fill up. I have purchased many of these and have used them at a ton of different places, local and online without the need to show a drivers license.
