Dosage & Cardio question ?
Im about to run this cycle
Weeks 1-4
dboll-30mg ED
Weeks 1-12
Sus 500mg EW
Weeks 1-10
600 mg EW <---------- is this dosage right ? or should it be 400mg ?
Liquidex 1mg ED
PCT
Nolva
Clomid
One last questions. Is 45 mins of cardio everyday too much ? I know you cant gain and loose at the same time, i was just wanting to be in tip top shape for a BJJ tourny at the end of Oct.

Just make sure you up youre carb intake if you are doing alot of cardio

it depends on where you are right now with your conditioning.your cycle looks like a standard low dose bulker.i would keep cardio to a min if your intensions are to add size,just enough to keep the heart strong

If i had my diet in check and did say 30mins of cardio a day. (lite cardio40%) would it effect my gains ?

20min 3 times a week is sufficient for keeping your cardiovascular system healthy, which is always a good idea to do running any cycle... unless you were doing a cutter then you would need more.
