taurine question...
does anyone know exactly what taurine is used for? I've heard it is a carrier in certain creatines. but I've also heard it is a bit of a booster too. should it be used pre or post work out? thanx

Most people use it while on clen ....... And it is a free form of Amino Acid....
Taurine MUST be used with Clen at 3-5g daily. Clenbuterol depletes taurine
levels in the liver which stops the conversion of T4 to T3 in the liver.
Taurine allows the user to avoid the dreaded rebound effect and painful muscle
cramps. It's a must with Clen.

Taurine can act similiar to creatine in that it can expend your cells by helping the muscle cell hold more water...increasing cell volume. This increase in cell volume can boost hydration resulting in a higher rate of protein synthesis and muscle fullness. You can use it both before and after your workout.

Where does hooker state that????????? I'm guessing that he means as a supplement while not on clen
Here is what he states in his profile on clen
Finally, this brings me to the issue of cramps while on clen. I don’t get them. My friends don’t get them. Most of us are athletes who use clen during the season as well as the off season, and one of my friends even claims that it gives him more “wind” (cardiovascular stamina). Take on enough water every day and you should be fine. If you’re really concerned, you can take some extra minerals and taurine, since clen depletes taurine (11) as do most if not all beta-agonists. I don’t take anything more than my usual vitamins and minerals.

I think you are right....... Isn't it the amino acid that works the way you described in your original post???????? I thought it was so I posted that it was a free form of amino acid but didn't know how to expain how it exactly worked and I threw in the clen info just to give him a little additional info......

I run my clen at 140mcg ED and I had every muscle in my body cramp up during a workout. I couldn't even reach back on machines to do a pec deck for example without about dying. I had to quit early. Best be eating my taurines.
