Eatign pasta to help prevent stretch marks?
A mate told me that pregnant women eat alot of pasta to help them from getting stretch marks.. this sounds odd to me but does anyone have any idea about this?

I think you need to carefully watch your weight gains while pregnant and there are topical creams to use to assist . But eating pasta for stretch marks doesn't make sence at all.

That is very bizarre theory. Some guys use cocoa butter to help prevent them which is what pregnant women also use. I wouldnt be taking a whole lot of advice from your buddy I dont think...

Try "mederma" for stretch marks...
Works wonders...

call me crazy but i love stretch marks.....they make me feel like i havent been wasting my time, it is a sign of improvement

You can also split open vitamin E pills and rub them over the areas where stretch marks are starting to happen. I've had to do that under my delts, outside of my armpits. I've got a few spider web stretch marks (not too bad) from when I was younger after doing my first cycle of test. I actually got a small, new one a few weeks ago at the bottom of my armpit while on this tbol cycle. Suprised me.

haha damn. i gotta admit though the thread title got me somewhat excited. My stretch marks are terrible
