Avoiding letro rebound

What would be the best way to go about this for someone who's been on it for over 6 months?

Is tapering down enough or would it be good to use low-dose arimidex for a couple of weeks after as well?

And how do u taper down from using 1mg ED.

Drop it 0.1mg a day? Then switch to EOD for a while when I get to 0.5mg?

1mg ED???? don't u mean 1ml ED? and why were u on it for so long?
to answer ur question, either of the methods u have mentioned above will work fine.
