letro and tamox doses

what doses are these anti-e's taken?? I know all about nolva,a-dex and prov, been takin those for years, are doses close to the same for letro and tamox, wanna do letro instead of a-dex.

letro 0.5mg/day I personally use 1mg/day if I am running over a gram.

Nolva is Tamox.

if you're running during cycle, Letro is all you need. Nolva at the same time will help but only a little, it also decreases Letro's efficiency by roughly 30%.

Nolva should be the kicker for PCT. Rmemember to pyramid down off Letro into NOlva.

I second this. Although i am running 1.25mg letro ED, but i have a few gyno issues to deal with.
