OK I'm getting ready for my winter bulker cycle (4th overall) and was looking to get a cycle with better gains (less water weight)

I've done the good ol test e EQ dbol cycle before, but was woundering that if I do a 14 week test e 12 deca and 4 dbol would let get more retainable gains after PCT. So will deca give me more muscle fiber than EQ or vice versa?
Goal is to gain 30 and keep 20. Tell me what do you guys think.
