weight gainer??
im running test e, and i was thinking about deca too...but where i work, at a shipyard, its hard to eat real often...to get the calories would it be ok to get weight gainer?? ar ethere healthy calories in weight gainer?? or maybe a meal replacement shake??

ya...but i cant go to it every 2-3 hours...might piss off people in the ofc, not my boss....already talked to him...he knows im on shit....but still....why what do you have in mind

the hardest part about a successful cycle is eating, i feel your pain. Deca or not you should be eating every couple of hours to take full advantage of the anabolics in your system. try three solid meals a day and force down a mrp/ weight gainer in between meals when your not hungry. toss a raw egg or two in the mix.....you won't taiste it. when you pick out a drink powder, mrp or gainer, just look for a good fat calorie to calorie ratio. roughly 1/3 or less fat cals. hope this helps

BRO....if all you can consume during the day is weight gainer, then thats what you have to do. its a whole lot better then no food at all. eat whole food as often as possible, but if you cant, then drink weight gainers.

aight i just wanted to make sure...didnt wanna eat or drink anything i shouldnt be...i bought a shitload of protein bars, only to find that they arent good for me...thanks for your help though guys

Make your own
8-15 oz milk (or water)
2 table spoons natty peanut butter
2 scoops whey powder
2 tablespoons flax or fish oil
1/3 oats
Blend and enjoy.

Its good. I usually use ON Whey or Muscle Milk. Sometimes ill just take fish tabs with it instead of adding the oil for EFAs.

Adding flax or fish oil to a shake makes it taste pretty nasty, imo.
If you want to make your own weight, a better combo would be:
2 parts cassein protein (slow digesting)
2 parts whey (fast digesting)
3 parts monodextrose (slow digesting)
1 part dextrose (optional really, but if you're on your feet at work a lot you don't have to worry about it storing as fat)
Milk
2 heaping tablespoons natty peanut butter
Blend and enjoy.

If you cant eat that often, try to consume casein protein's. They are absorbed slower than whey, soy etc...Giving a more time released effect. Drink lots of milk.

yea..if eating at work is hard to do...there's nothing wrong with a weightgainer...it's better than nothing. And who told you protein bars are bad for you?? I carry a couple at work to snack on, 60 extra grams of protein, i aint complaining. Of course real food is best, but you do what you gotta do bro!!

Yeah, I do the oils seperately as well. No use ruining the flavor of a perfectly tasty shake.
And Muscle Milk is like the best tasting stuff on the planet, but it does have a lot of fat and simple sugars. But if you're doing a bulking cycle I don't really see any harm in gaining a little extra fat anyway. canned tuna, eggs, cottage cheese, turkey sandwhiches, chicken breasts, peanuts, try to bring food in a cooler in work bro. Canned tuna is really portable too.

I like to use Mass Tech for bulking.
830 calories
150 grams carbs
45 grams protein
per shake.....
It also is one of the best tasting I have found at least Vanilla is

make sure before work and after work you are eating like a horse ( good stuff not junk, chicken and beef should be a main staple)

don't expect gains then dude. you have to fuel your body with proper protiens, fats, carbs, and cals alll day.....not just test. go to bed earlier and wake up in time to make breakfast.......your only option
remember, when you don't eat in the morning, you've been starving your body all night. it's going to burn needed calories to operate at work....not good

thats what i eat everyday egg whites about 2-3 cups and three cups of grits its high in protien , also hit the the super walart or food store stock up on tuna and tyson makes top quality canned chicken breast like 70g a can this type of stuff will make or break ur gains in between . i had guys that worked for metro mahine shop and i know how hard it is to eat on the ship yard but with the shakes the tuna the canned chicken breast the eggs and grits in the morning ur body will survive work
