    Killer book on AAS?

Could anyone recommend a good book on AAS that covers all of the bases? I'm looking for something that explains both bulking and cutting cycles to include diet and lifting techniques for both. Possibly something that explains the process and biology of the body in catabolic/anabolic states etc.. Basically a book that covers from A-Z of not just compounds but also diet, exercise and how and what is going on in the body (recovery, growth, etc.)

    Thanks in advance

I don't think one book can cover it all, Anabolics 2005 is good for gear info, and Dan Duschaine's Body Opus is a good diet book. But there is so many theories about diet and workouts no one book could hit them all.

As stated below, there is one place I go for all my info............

probably the best "book" you'll find brotha... lots of literature has misinformative information... choose wisely.

He, Hooker, is the author. I didn't know it was out already. I thought it was still being reviewed by his publisher.
Hey Hooker, is it out or are you giving us a preview?
