I don't post all the time, but I READ ALL THE TIME...I think it would be helpful to in someway be able TO SAVE POSTS...because I have reoccuring questions, and being able to save a few posts for easy viewing would be nice...Some guys on here make great points and they aren't stickys, but they really help people...To be able to save them and look back quickly would be great!.

You can already do that bro...just look directly abouve and to the right of the very first post on the page and you will see "Thread Tools"....click on this and you will have the option to "subscribe to thread". This will place that thread in a folder that you can access from your usercp. You can even have the option to get email notification when someone responds to that thread.

Just FYI if you havn't toyed with all the options yet

    A) Fixing the homepage including steroid profiles and cycles will be a great start. 99% of the newbie questions are about those two issues.

    B) Dunno if it is possible, but could you improve your search function. The current search reacts to one word, like "anavar ", but does not let you search for "prop anavar" or "anavar only, where both criterion need to be met. Or maybe it does and I am just dumb...

    c) This is a very happening board, but I still haven't figured out how to lose the extra fat around my gut while sitting at home eating bon-bons and watching "I Love Lucy" reruns. Do you think a d-bol only cycle would help me?

The growth of AR has become tremendous lately! We have so many visitors and new members each day that I feel it may be time to restructure how we do things around here. I know that many people I talk to say that it can be very intimidating to join our message board because they dont want to be made fun of or get the dreaded "USE THE SEARCH!!!" phrase. (most everyone who first comes here doesnt even know where the search button is, so why yell that to them??) We are a wealth of information, but are we using it to educate the people around the world to the best of our abilties?

    1. What rules would you have in place for the other members?
    2. What type of environment would you like to see throught the message board?
    3. What would you change on AR? (RIGHT NOW) (See Below)
    4. What do you like about AR?
    5. What do you NOT like?

In getting your feed back, I would also like to get your opinion on our staff or potential staff. These are the people you should look to for information and guidance.

    1. What do you think the criteria should be to become a mod and vet here? Be specific.
    2. What do you expect out of your staff? Be specific.
    3. What do you think will make a sucessfull team to help the present and future members of AR?

You input is welcome and important . Please use this time to give us your thoughts but do NOT take advantage of this thread to take shots at members of your board or staff. It will not be tolerated here or elsewhere. Thanks!
If I have left anything out... please bring it up in discussion.

This is a great site. The only thing I think you should add is another forum totally dedicated to scientific studies regarding various compounds. I know many people post studies, however if they were in one area, it would make research a hell of a lot easier. Just my 2 cents.

I think the Mods do a great job here at AR. Though, I think the board would benifit if there were more.

Some source posting threads arnt locked or deleted that quickly sometimes. I also think that if AR is moving away from that "scene" its a very important aspect of how its run.

yes yes yes - this would be very beneficial to all. i know i would of not only gained much info from it but it would of kept me from asking questions that were repeated over and over again.

Keep politics and religion out of this forum. If you want people to come together in order to converse, learn, debate, etc on AAS, then politics and religion are the two worst things you can bring to this environment. AAS, dieting, training, profiles, etc...that's why we are here. I, and others, did not sign up so we can hear some over-juiced test-head crying about "x", "y", and "z" in the political realm. Half of the comments are offensive and once that begins, its the birth of a vicious cycle.

    I agree bc

A secton with detailed exercises and lifts for all new members or anyone looking for something new. And maybe throw in an anatomy chart in there telling which muscles are worked and such so everyone knows that bench press also works tris and delt, along those lines

helll no, don't do that. That is one of the reasons I love this board. If you dont like politics stay out of the political section.

ive already put up a post a while back saying I thought it would be good to have a forum that was purely based on solid information from whatever legit sources, on basically disproving the "Steroids are bad for you" ego they have. Something that I could easily get information from that would back up my arguments when people like parents go on about how bad they are and why you should stop.

I know it would be hard work to do but I think it would be ideal

This site seems to be getting more and more strict as the days pass. Bringing it down a notch should improve attitudes and make people feel more at home..

Hell yeah. I agree with this... why bombard mods with a ton of questions when you can look then and if that source is not there then ask a mod. This is just as much benifit for the moderators as it is for the members.

I know you are going to say someone can push a source. Well make it be confirmed and unanimous between mods after being presented with evidence. Now if a mod backs a scammer you everyone(mod/smod/admin) knows.

Why not just stay out of it if you dont like it.

Also when a person has been on a board such as this one for a few years the regular lifting, juice, diet forums easily gets boring. Realy there isnt much new under the sun. Thats when the forums like the politics forum ect keeps members here after the regular stuff has lost its glamour.

Not to mention the fact that if the politics forum gets removed the threads will start to appear in the lounge instead. The lounge is much calmer since the creation of the politics forum imo.

Removing it would be a utterly utterly utterly bad descision.
I should have been more clear. I meant that politics should be kept out of the "steroid questions" forum...not the AR site.

have something like the steroid profiles page except on vitamins, minerals, other supplements. i mean, people use vit B12 a lot, but the only thing i know is that it helps to make red blood cells. but i dont have a clue what B6 does, what vitamin A does etc etc!

just a general page, for quick info.

also a page that describes whats best taken, supplement wise, when bulking, cutting, natural bulking and cutting, DNP , HGH, IGF-1 etc tec
