I average 6 1/2 hours of walking PER DAY. I calculated from fitday.com that this burns 1050 cals a day. If this is correct...that plus my normal BMR would be just under 4k. It seemed high to me also...which is why I haven't bumped up my cals yet.

I'm nearing the end of the 5th week and I'm starting to see some size...but nothing dramatic. I don't really look much bigger IMO. I've had faster results with prohormones like M1T and 4AD. My strength IS going up noticably but even then...could just be diet/training. Maybe it will "kick in" soon and start producing results?

I would avoid most weight gainers on the market as they are filled with maltodextrin, which IS going to make you fat as **** (happened to me). Eating a lot of calories does not necessarily mean you will get fat, actually it may rip you up some more, you just have to eat the right foods.

I have a good bit of N-Large 2 on hand...that tastes well also and has great stats. Either way..getting the cals clean/dirty is no issue...I just didn't want to risk being a fatass...haha. So...yeah..I'll up my cals and see what happens.

As much physical activity as you get walking 45 hrs a week, you should easily be able to consume 4500-5000 calories on the days you work and not gain any fat, especially if you are on the sauce. However if your cheat days fall on the same days you have off from work you may consider switching them to a day you do work for the sake of ridding yourself of all those shit calories people tend to eat when they cheat. Also i agree you should be taking at least 500mg of test e and 400mg of deca a week. I dont know who this second friend you mentioned is or where he got his info, but 100mg of test e and 100 mg of deca a week will shut most people down and wont do them a bit of good either. Those low dosages may have worked for him or they may have done him more harm than good, it all depends on the person.

if you rbuddy looks like you say, and has been cycling for years, he is lying about his doses. After 6 weeks if you are not satisfied with results, up the test another 100 or 150 mgs, maybe all you need to produce great gains, you have to remember, gear affects everyone different, some people may grow great on 500mgs of test a week, and others that are even smaller may need 1,000 mgs a week. You have to experiment and listen to your body.
