Thanks! I wanna avoid the "harsh" stuff... so I guess i'll settle for the winny!

I would suggest you do some major searching on this board since there have been a number of posts which suggest that winny is in fact of no use whatever in preventing deca gyno, and in fact may contribute to it!

but that sounds depressing... deca (may)/will give you gyno, nothing u can do about it!

sleazy - lets get this into perspective:
Some guys only LOOK at a bottle of deca and get itchy nipples! Some guys take deca all the time and love the stuff! The thing is to be carefull about dose, and to be observant and listen to your body.
Its true that deca gyno is NOT treatable with standard anti-e's since it is progesteron based and not estrogen based, however it is not a sure thing that you will get any symptoms at all.
The trick is to keep the dose reasonable for your first time and to monitor yourself carefully. If you notice anything at all (Itchy/sore nips etc) then stop the deca straight away. You wont know until you try it!
If you stop as soon as you notice any symptoms you should be okay, but of course you will have to be careful in future and avoid the deca. Its your call, but like I said, you wont know until you try!
