Ease the pain
After using 1/2cc of test400 i experience unbelivable pain in my shoulder the following morning. I found that putting icy hot on my shoulder helped the pain a great deal. Any suggestions

You might try cutting the gear a bit with sterile oil or B-12, but IMO that defeats the purpose of having high dose gear. If the icy hot is doing it for you and the pain is not interfereing with your workouts then just leave it the way it is. If the pain inhibits workouts try cutting the gear.

After all the pain i was in over t e weekend, i took triple my normal amount of glutamine(id ask someone more experienced if thats ok), applied heat, heat and more heat while rubbing the shit out of it and today im good as gold. The results were almost instantaneous. I know your on a diff compound but as far as loosening the muscle back up to train shouldnt it be relative.
