    New here could use help.

    Hey guys I would have to start off by saying I don't know the first thing about Anabolics so please forgive any ignorance.
    I really need to start working out, I have a 2 month old daughter and I want her to look up to me so that's why I am kinda here.
    I am 26 5-10 about 243lbs =(
    My question is I guess where do I start?
    Most people on here seem to really know their stuff and I was wondering if there is any non-injectable methods that are really effective in losing weight and gaining muscle.
    what does everyone recommend?

    2000 clean calories a day and 2 hours of cardio. Read the cutting sticky in the diet forum. Good luck!

    yep.. based on this info..

    the best thing you can do is go to the diet section.. and follow the cutting sticky..

    It will teach you to eat more of the correct foods, and you will lose fat, and gain muscle.. all at the same time..

    Yes diet, cardio, and weight training are your answer. You need several years of training and a solid muscle base before considering anything else. Head to the diet forum

    Sorry man, i would stay away from the anabolics. Just train and diet hard. If supplements come into play, it should only be from your local "GNC"//
