New here could use help.
Hey guys I would have to start off by saying I don't know the first thing about Anabolics so please forgive any ignorance.
I really need to start working out, I have a 2 month old daughter and I want her to look up to me so that's why I am kinda here.
I am 26 5-10 about 243lbs =(
My question is I guess where do I start?
Most people on here seem to really know their stuff and I was wondering if there is any non-injectable methods that are really effective in losing weight and gaining muscle.
what does everyone recommend?

Hit the gym hard and control your diet, you will get the results you want. Big bump for the diet forum.

Yes diet, cardio, and weight training are your answer. You need several years of training and a solid muscle base before considering anything else. Head to the diet forum

Sorry man, i would stay away from the anabolics. Just train and diet hard. If supplements come into play, it should only be from your local "GNC"//
