new cycle tell me what you think

well guys this is my 1 cycle tell what you think,

but i am not to sure how i should run clen ?

>weeks 1-8 : 50mg Anavar
>weeks 1-14: 400mg test blend 2ccs a week
>weeks 1-13: 300mg eq 2ccs a week
>weeks 1-12: 100mg Tren Acet 1ccs everyother day
>weeks clen in 60mcg 3x a day
>everyday 5mgs/day Anastrozole..(1mg/ml)

pct Nova HCG
week 15-18 nolva 20mg ed
week 15-18 clomid 100mg ed
HCG

30yrs
200lbs
20% ft

diet i am going to be working on just need to fine tune some stuff but
any advise would be great thanks.

If this is your first cycle, drop the tren for sure. Also, at 20% bf there is still some room for diet/training before starting IMO.

Also, don't use the clen during your cycle. Use it before or after to help cut.

i am training right now as well i am fine tuning my diet but i wanted to run clen at
weeks 13-18: clen in 60mcg 3x but i did not know if it was okay to run with PCT
but if dont drop the Tren and go with it what would be the negitive part about it

20% bf is too high for AAS. You dont need four compounds in your first cycle, especially dont do tren in your first. It can cause some harsh sides and you need to see how you react to test first. If you started getting sides you wouldnt know which compound(s) is causing them. Cut some bodyfat first and then do a simple test e cycle, hell you could do test/eq if you wanted, but i wouldnt incorporate any more than that

IMO clen isnt that great. I wont take it ever again b/c it gives me a resting heart rate of 120 beats/minute. Not worth damaging my heart.

--^ Yeah, no sh*t. I'm totally against ephedra, clen and t3 just because of that. A lot of pro's take that sh*t and it's very dangerous. I say do some light cardio and heavy lifting, and nothing else will drop your bodyfat lower than having a good clean diet in check.

tren can be one of the harshest steroids in terms of sides, shutdown, etc. If u start getting sides you wont know which compound is causing the sides.
