I'm starting my first cycle tomorrow

Hello everyone. I'm starting my Deca cycle tomorrow. I am going to do 400mg wkly. I have Nolv and Clo for the end of my cycle. I have Vitamin B12 to take also. Now it says 1000mcg on the front. So how many pills do I take a day and how ofter? Plus any other help you can give me I'd appreciate it. Also should I expect nice gains from Deca? Thanks alot..

I have some test 200 and some test 250 but i wanted to use that when i cycle with my buddy in feb...

mate dont go down that road!!do not do deca only,put your cycle on hold and do some research,im not gonna flame you but youv left yourself open to get your ass sorely kicked!!you need to run test imo with deca unless you dont mind losing your sex drive for the foreseable future!
a 1st cycle should consist of test only!

Exitednoob,

I would advise against this cycle.
There are several reasons not to do a deca only cycle. I will leave it up to you to do the research. Use the search button and type in "Deca Only." You should find plenty of information and opinions on this matter.

yes test only for your first cycle

1-12 500mg/wk test e
14-18 PCT nolva/clomid

Do NOT run deca alone. You also you were gonna run another cycle in feb with your buddy, so how long did you plan on running this cycle b/c you wont be giving yourself much time off?

yes mate you should really run test with all cycles,most gear will shut down your natty test levels which in turn will lower if not kill off your sex drive,but when you take test although it too shuts you down it replaces it with itself,so no loss of sex drive!
but a 1st cycle imo should consist of test only to see how you react to it,then you can throw in variouse other compounds and see how you react to them,but test in most cases should be the base of all cycles,some peple will have different views on this but most will be the same as mine!

yes thats true. I Wasnt thinking about that. See i have been confused b/c on this forum it shows diffrent cycles and on the novice cycle it shows using 3 diffrent roids for your first time (test,deca and dbol ) I thought that was crazy for your first time.. HEres the link for verification:

wow thanks alot. B.c me and my friend were originally going to do that. I just thought that would be crazy to do for a first time. ok so if i use the test i have for a first cycle to see how i react that should be ok? Also since i have this b12 1000mcg pills. How much would I take daily and when? Thanks alot everyone for your opinions. I'm so glad I posted here first before cycling with the Deca . Thing is I know 2 guys that used a Deca only cycle. 1 ended up getting fat. I think he got lazy on it. The other was scrawn and got really nice gains. He was my roomie when I was in the army (ft lewis (Seattle are)). He didn't get Deca dick from what he told me...

B12 pills wont do you much good. Most people take injectable B12

Ok BOOZ, said above about starting a Test cycle for your first one to see how you react. Someone just told me I can mix dbol in with it for my first one and it's ok. Now should i do that or just do the Test only cycle like he said to see how i react to it ?

also i guess i should get rid of these 2 Deca QV 's since i wouldnt be needing it for awhile... plus the holidays are comming up and i could use some xtra flow for gifts haha..

Dang. Another one saved from doom. A few things, not everyone gets deca dick. Depends on the individual. Also, Booz, Test/Deca/Dbol continues to be a great cycle. Overall, great advice to the kid.

dude......I have done deca only for one cycle, I was fine but just to be on the safe side, add some test-E or test-C with your deca...

Ok well I hope you dont do the deca only cycle. But if you are running deca you need Vit B6 not B12. And should be taking that at 200mg ED. If you are gonna do B12 do injectable. Oral you get like 2% only so althought you will motice some effects from it it is not as effective as injectable.
