how many mcg's = 1 ml?

i got the clen from our sponsor and it says 30ml 200mcg/ml. people are saying take 20mcg to start then work your way up to 80mcg's if the sides arnt bad. i also have taurine caps that are 500mg each, how many of those should i take a day?

are they 500mg tabs? and what time do u take your tabs and clen , also someone said to use benedryl to clear receptors, what was he talking about? just trying to get as much info on clen before i try it. i have read the clen handbook but said nothing about benedryl.

Taurine- Yes they are 500mg tabs. I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night.
Benadryl- Take every 3 weeks you are taking clen to freshen your receptors, yes. Im taking it this Monday 100mg for the first few nights..then I'll drop to 75mg or 50mg. I will also take it either my 5th week or final 6th week, most likely 5th.

ok last few questions, today i took a spray, tomarrow do i take 2 sprays through out the day or all at once? and when i start taking 3 sprays do i take them evenly through out the day? also in week 3 how long do i take the benedryl? week, 2 weeks?

Take the benadryl for the entire week 3..so 1 week. Yes, spread them out throughout the day. Take 2 sprays tmr, 3 tuesday until you can not handle the sides. I was taking 100 but i just bumped it up to 120 (6 sprays). I wouldnt take it too late or you might have trouble falling asleep, even tho this is not the case with me.

Flyhalf I am not meaning to pick on you but I came across the thread and you just happened to be the one who created it. There are threads posted about how many mg/ml etc EVERYDAY. Maybe it's just me but it bugs the hell out of me. It is clearly stated right on the damn bottle how many mg/ml. If it says 200mcg for example and you only want 20mcg then take .1 ml. Like it is simple grade 3 math here. Like I said Flyhalf, no beef with you at all. The questions just really get to me though because it is so simple.
