    friend w. slight case of gyno who doesnt know what hes doing

    my friend is planning on doing his 3rd cycle in the spring (his 3rd cycle this year) ...he has a slight case of gyno right now and has never ran a real pct w/ nolva and clomid. i keep tellin him to join this forum but he wont listen. he wants to run something like this:

    week 1-10: 200mg test c
    week 1: 250mg eq
    week 2-10: 500mg eq
    week 11: 250mg eq

    no pct

    and he never rotates his injection sites...always in the glutes...this kid needs some serious advice...he's like 6'3" 195...any opinions on how he should run a test/eq cycle better and what sort of pct and anti e's he could use for his cycle?

    1-14 500mg test e
    1-12 400mg eq

    10mg nolva throughout and ldex .25mg
    20mg nolva through pct which starts 2 weeks after last test shot

    2.5mcg of letro eod through the cycle I don't run it for the whole cycle, but only as needed.. normally for about 3 weeks.

    500iu of hcg on sat/sunday during the cycle.


    now with this said.. you really didn't give me enough info to give this advice, and it sounds like he is pretty messed up.. 3 cycles with no pct..

    although this cycle is longer than he might normally do, this works for me..

    250mg/week is typically more for HRT (hormone replacement therapy)
