    Happy Turkey Day Bros.....

    You've all been great....be safe.....what;s on the menu?

    rstra8 turkey for moi........no need to blow the entire day and feel like shit gorging yourself.....this day should not be an excuse for you fat bulkers to go haywild......cardio in am, 1/2 cup oats and 1 cup egg whites after...train around noon, protein shake with just a little carbs post, then a nice plate of the other white meat and some greens......tis all......then it's relaxation........

    conversation with myself:
    "ok, maybe a spoonful or two of sweet tators and mashed tators.....ok, a little salmon too......and maybe seconds if I'm really hungry......oh yeah, my grandma is making homemade rolls and cranberry sauce.....she'll be pissed if my skinny ass doesnt eat a few.........she's what? Baking homemade pumpkin and apple crisp??? And my brother is bringing over a bottle of grey goose??? Shit, but I just started my test/eq cycle and am up 6lbs with no increase in bf %...still around the 7-8% mark...at 6'1 and 180, do you want to continue to get smoked by the college kids that will be home for winter break Kurz? You have 4 weeks to put on a solid 15lbs......let's go.....oh hell" HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
