that should give ya a good Idea as to why you want test in a cycle
2. test is a base in all cycles. a must in my opinion.
3. at 150lbs I would say "hold off". STOP ALL!!!!! you are not ready yet.

My best advice to you and I am sure all the other members would say the same is research research and research some more. Go to the Diet forum and read up on a bulking diet. Believe it or not you could stick all the juice you want in you and if you eat like shit you will look like shit. YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.
