Countries where juice can be purchased OTC?

I know that some countries are pharmacy friendly, like Thailand and Mexico for example.

Does anybody know of any other countries, preferably in South America, where one can purchase anabolics over the counter easy and with no problems?

id say pretty much anywhere in the world. the only place its remotely hard to get anabolics is U.S. and Canada.
