    Sust/deca cycle...

    I am planning on doing this cycle right quick.
    I have 10 amps of sust and a 10ml vial of Deca ..
    I am going to do a 6 week cycle, and I am wondering how many amp of sust I should do a week.
    Is 1ml of sust a week enough, or should I turn up the juice?
