    l-taurine

    what is l-taurine and what does it do and what is it for. i got it with clen , they sent it with clen. im not doing nothing but im about to start the clen to loss fat so i expect you take it with the clen since it came with it.

    yes, you can take a dose in the morning, and one in the late afternoon.. thats what I did anyways.. you can start at the rec dose, if the cramps are still bad, up it

    Start off w/ 5g of taurine and after a week or so when the cramps stop you can start to lower the dose a bit.
