Bloated..... Herbal dieritics and D-ball ?!!!
Ok, I've been tak'n d-ball for 2 weeks now, so far so good only one problem.... My face has balloned big time, It almost looks like I just got bitch slapped in both cheeks hard!!!!
I also want more quailty muscle gain instead of water muscle gain.... Would it be a good Idea for me to take a herbal dieretic to reduce the water bloat??

it would be a good idea to do some research and notice how MOST people dont keep d-bol gains OR recommend a d-bol only cycle =\

You can try dandelion root. Although your bloat is caused by estrogen, so it might not help that much. What else are you running? Or is it just the dbolq

D3m3nt3d.... I'm not running an d-ball only cycle. I'm running d-ball for the first 4 weeks. this is my cycle:
d-ball --- 40mgs/ day --- 4weeks
EQ--- 400 mg/ week ---- 10 weeks
cyponate-- 500 mg/ week-- 10 weeks

OK bro...your bloat is coming from the d-bol and may worsen once the cyp and EQ kick in...i would try arimidex if you can get it and run it through out your cycle

stay off dairy products that have milk in it!! and drink a good 2 cups of coffee a day... no milk (a nondairy creamer if u must) and equal.. no sugar... this is what i do do shed water from excess retention... my two cents... i know not all agree with me but it works for me.
