I was wondering if HCG is needed with a first cycle of test e at 500mg a week? What would I gain by using HCG if anything? When and how much should be used?

Its not crucial, but will help with recovery and prevent/reduce testicular inhibition.

probably not necessary to run hcg for your first cycle of test. it's usually used for longer heavier dosed. it helps keep your nuts from shrinking. im not sure on the doses tho. anyone else have any input?

Thanks for the input the reason I asked is because i forgot to order it. So I take it I will be fine without?

why not?

HCG is MOST usefull

take 2000 ius every 4th day 7 days after last shot of Test for 4 shots total.
take adex and nolva as well

the day of last shot of HCG start Clomid and follow conventional PCT with Adex and Nolva for another 21-30 days

no need for hcg , but it would def not hurt. i chose to run it regardless though, i love the stuff
