Test already kicked in!
im pretty excited, Test kicked in, I went a little heavey on the pectoral fly machine, I actually stacked it, I couldnt help it lol, but I made sure to stretch, will see how this week goes, I took my first shot monday, and will be taking again this monday, The deca hasnt kicked in, I hear it takes a few weeks, anyhow, im pretty stoked

Once that decca and the rest of the longer ester tests in the sust.hit you, you will be feeling even better.

1 more question, im 5'7 205 19% bodyfat, now should I do cardio before I lift, or after, this is a bulk cycle, but just curious what you guys think

Try to do it on your off days if possible or after if you have to.

Bulking at 19% bodyfat?
You should have got your bodyfat % down to below 12% and you will experience better quality gains, that would also be more noticable.
Have a prefect diet, high in clean calories, and do cardio in the AM on an empty stomach.
