everything mentioned above, but one key supplement you can use at the end is teraxatone. But try not to use it for more than 5-7 days in a row. After 7 days the effects are not the same. Use it at the end right before competiton or a hot weekend trip to prepare for. Also stay away from the alcohol when taking it.
