take 400deca and add a shot of sus.deca int much gud on its own alwayz add sum test to get BIG.

Hi, I am 18 years old, and weigh 120 pounds. My coaches encourage me to get bigger. I have researched Deca , is this good for first time User?
I think I want do do a 8 week cycle
Deca 200mg
Sust 200mg
Nolva 20mg

willy, not to sound rude, but your a little yonge.... and if your 120 lbs i dont think youve got much lifting experience... try to gain some weight naturally before u resort to gear.
u need to do the following in order
1 learn to workout intensly enough to build quick
2 learn to eat right to gain muscle
3 then MAYBE resort to gear...
at 120 lbs its gonna be hard to convince us that you know how to lift and eat in the first place.... and if u dont, then your wasting your health and money on the gear. and if u claim u do... why are u only 120 lbs?
i started my working out at around 14... 135 lbs and 5'11" i gained about 90 lbs before i ever thought of going on gear and it might still be to early at 21

yeah deca allwayz works well my young pal.mixes nice with sus.dont take 2many nolva it will cut yer gains just use az an wen u need it.do the deca on a mon.and the sus on a fri.gud look let me know how u get on.

Thanks. I eat healthy, but the truth is I have NEVER worked out in my life.
I just don't know where to start. My friend said I should do roids, and my doctor prescribed me to HGH, but it is just too expensive for me, so I came here.

Because I am 5'7" and weigh 120 pounds. I asked him if there was anything he could precribe me and he said that HGH would be my best bet, but thet I would start havin to go to the gym

200mg of deca on the mon.250mg of sus the fri.stay at that 4 6weeks.seen a lot of roid virgins in my gym do this and get very gud gains.NOT ALL WATER.nice steady course.

your no way ready to use GH, especially at age 16, you will be doing a lot more damage then good to your body, and you will regret most of it in your later years. Eat eat eat for now...until you see some more natural gains guy

I cant even read this thread..its pathetic. 15 years old...120 lbs.. lol i was 130 at age 17..im 5 10 and now im 227 ...I got all the way up to 242 in college naturally.
learn about nutrition/working out.. before you start to listen to your idiotic friends. 15.....(shakes head) this is why the media tears steroids apart....look at that MTV truelife and how GAY that shit was lol
