How do I find out what my body fat % is.

If you belong to a gym have one of the trainers do it. In my school they have a tank and I can get it tested whenever I want, dont know what you have access to.

Whatever you do unless it is your absolute last option is the handheld BF% readers. Those things are as unaccurate as the RDA. I had one at my gym and after a couple trial runs my BF% fluctuated 3-4% after 3 consecutive tries. I doubt my BF% changed in the matter of minutes.

Like Jay said, most gyms will have a trainer that can do it for you with calipurs. They have always seemed to do a pretty accurate job for me as long as the person doing it is competant and they do as many spots as possible. Some people do only a three spot check and others will do up to nine with that being more accurate.
