Cutting Stomach Fat
I'm starting a 12 wk cycle of Test E at 250mgs every 3.5 days.
I heard that builing muscle alone burns fat at a high rate. My waist is 38 and I want to get down to 34. With a good diet and cardio do you think that this is possible.
I need to know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

this is tough for me....Cuz Im on a bulker, and Im eating eating eating, all good diet too..the usual, chicken, fish, yams, 5litres H2o, shakes, 6 times a day mostly.. And Im jogging to the gym for cardio, but I cant seem to shake my gut flab, unless I cut down on the eating. I always feel bloated. My guts not huge, but theres excess skin there that I want to lose in order for the abs to poke out.. So it leaves me wondering what to do sometimes...
