    Fat and Juicin!

I'm 5'11 250lbs 36"-38" waist bodyfat is pretty high probably high teens low twenties. Been member here only since last time juicin only. Not looking to compete have use several time before. I've read all the recommends about fat and juicing but want to know how bad is it really to juice being in that bodyfat range. Gear is a wasting as we type.

I think you shouldn't depend on gear to help you out but more on diet.

u probably already have high blood presure and high cholesteral from being overweight so steroids will only make the problems worse, u be better off doing a shit load of cardio and then when u have lost most of the excess weight then u can think about doing a cycle. will be a while yet though

if you diet down and lose some fat this will give you a good advantage for when you start your cycle, the gains will come very quickley because of the anabolic state you will be in due to dieting,

The enzyme that converts testosterone into estrogen comes from adipose tissue no? If so expect to get fatter and more likely to get gyno.
