    Arrow I'm A Newbie Please Help. Im just starting what should I take?

    Hello everyone. I'm a newbie here and I would like some advice. I am a little under 6'5 and weigh about 350 Lbs. My goal is to lose some of the weight or at least turn it into mass. My friend suggested that I start off taking D-bol, 3 tabs a day. What do you all think? you think the is the correct thing for me or should I try something else? Thanks for any input!

    dude seriously dont do that your friend is an idiot, check out the diet forum for some really good cutting plans,and hit the gym, cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach

    thats what i did a friend reccomended something stupid to me like that and he was huge so i listened and i havent had much of a libito for 8 months stick around and read up dont do anything until you know what your putting in your body imo id wait and by the way how old are you and what experience do you have training?

    Im 21 years old and I think my bf is around a 19%. I have not done any training in the past

    ... train without sauce for a couple of years, then, and only should you start considering the use of aas. If anything run clen or effy caff asprin, sort out your diet and get a good base plan set out for yourself.

    The best way to lose fat is to have a sound diet with cardio/weightraining.

    No way you are 6'5" @ 350 lbs and 19% BF and never trained before.
    That would put you at 297.5 at 5%.

    Cardio and diet is your key for now.
