if you want to build up alot of scar tissue yes keep doing that, other wise man up and shoot the shoulders, quads, lats, chest, traps, calves...basically everywhere to minimize scar tissue.. I know when I run prop which I'am right now I preplan the 84 shots on where they will go.

    Speed.

calves? hmm if hes not comfortable with doing delts and quads why go to calves...not to say it wouldnt work because it must work for you if you are advising it but i have heard nothing but bad things about calf shots

alternating can be good to prevent buildup of scar tissue. you dont wanna be doing it in the same spot all the time.

If you're injecting 3 - 4 days per week, then you need three to four injections spots to hit per week. It's really that simple.

Oils takes a while to disperse, and unless you are really just looking for an abcess, then change injection spots.

Don't inject in the same spot more than once per week. Period. It's not hard, there are plenty to choose form.
