    tri, trap, lat inj

    whats everyones experiences with these spots? what size pin is used aswell?

    trap - 23 g. 1"
    lat - 23g. 1.5"
    chest 23g. 1"
    bicep 23g. 1"
    quad 23g. 1 - 1.5"
    glute 23g. 1.5"

    Haven't tried triceps yet. That will be next.

    do you go like straight in or like angle it alittle?

    lol maybe im not ready for the lat yet. it seems like a hit or miss spot

    5'8 210. when i put my arm up i feel lots of hard stuff

    Just stick with a 1 inch pin in your lats. The reason that I use a 1.5 right now is that I feel as though I am carrying a bit of fat in that area and want to make sure that I get deep into the muscle.
