tri, trap, lat inj
whats everyones experiences with these spots? what size pin is used aswell?

trap - 23 g. 1"
lat - 23g. 1.5"
chest 23g. 1"
bicep 23g. 1"
quad 23g. 1 - 1.5"
glute 23g. 1.5"
Haven't tried triceps yet. That will be next.

Just stick with a 1 inch pin in your lats. The reason that I use a 1.5 right now is that I feel as though I am carrying a bit of fat in that area and want to make sure that I get deep into the muscle.
