T3 and Clen
I started with just clen and I wasn't seeing any change... I had a clean diet and I was doing cardio 5-6 days a week in the morning... and lifting every other day at night... I have just received some T3 and I have some questions because I want to make sure that I do this right...
Is there a better time of the day to take it... morning, night, with food... I read on someone else's post that you should spread you dose throughout the day... ?
How much should I start with… when should I move up... and what is the max dose recommended...?
What is the best way to run a cycle with T3 and clen... I know with clen I was doing 2 wks on 2 wks off... so do you take the T3 on the wks off of clen or take them both throughout the whole time...?
I have looked around on this stuff lot on the internet... but I think that you guys are the ones that I trust... the ones that have actually gone through it... So please let me know what you guys think... !!!!

To be honest, if you are taking Clen with a clean diet and cardio and that not working. You do not have a good diet.

Well before talking about drug dosages, I'd reccomened you putting up your Diet in the Diet Forum. There's no reason that with a clean diet and cardio you shouldn't lose any weight. Clen is just icing on the cake, Diet and Cardio is everything.
