Keeping gains long-term
Hi all,
I'm about to start a cycle of Test-E for 10 wks and Dianabol for 4 wks. I know keeping gains is a lot about PCT and adjusting your diet for eating more after your done and training lower volume while off, but my question is, if I wanted to stay natural after my first cycle, assuming I have not passed my genetic limit (which I won't - I'm 5'11" 205 ~ 13%) can I keep my gains, and more importantly can I gain even more muscle naturally? I will keep up the BB lifestyle. I have seen a lot of guys in my gym cycle on, get big, then go back down, mainly because they quit lifting afterwards (why? I dont know). I just dont want to waste my hard-earned money on something I cant keep or even achieve higher than naturally. Thanks for your help - PoW

Seems like you already know the answer man. As long as you keep your cals high during PCT and actually do a proper PCT you can keep everything. I would also suggest supplementing with glutamine to prevent muscle breakdown, obviously keep your protein intake at 2g/lb body weight. And can you still gain naturally after this cycle. Well yes, gains slow down over time but I truly thinkg you can keep gaining naturally forever, it will never be as much as if you cycle and results will plateau and then increase very slowly but if you keep training right there is no reason you cant gain.

Thanks Bino, this is what I wanted to know. Ya, figure gains will start to slow eventually but that just comes with the territory of being a more advanced lifter. Thanks for answering so quick!!!

Lets clear this up.....
If you do a cycle and still dont get over your genetic limit, then you can keep everything. If you go past your natrual limit, then all gains will eventually be lost, if you stay natrual.
Its impossible to stay over your natrual limit permantly, with normal hormone levels.
