Girls don't run PCT but their endocrine systems are still very out of balance after a cycle. 3 weeks is a little optimistic. It might take months to get back on track. I wish I knew more about female hormone fluctuations... all I know is that they're friggen annoying sometimes.

It depends on her bodyfat % as well...if her period stopped due to low bf, rather than being on-cycle, it could stay gone until her bf increases. Otherwise, I'd say give it a few months. If she spent 8-12 weeks screwing with her hormones, they're not just going to bounce right back. Besides...3 weeks isn't even a full menstrual cycle (it's a month long)...patience!

I have trained with a few girls that compete in figure and bodybuilding and regardless of any gear they frequently stop having periods when they get down to a low bodyfat. Now throwing her hormones off with the gear will most likely set her back anyways, if she is at a relatively low bf%, she might not have one for some time.

No primetime....just because she's not bleeding doesn't mean her body's not still going through it's cycle...she might still get the cramps, bloating, pms, etc during that time. Definitely use a back-up method....getting pregnant while taking a substance that can deform a baby is NOT what you want. EVER.
