    need some advice..deca..test..winny..Please help

    I am a baseball player that has experienced with winny before and lost some weight and had decent gains..but i need more..i am thinking of just trying Test E or Test Cyp or maybe Deca ..i want to be able to cut and gain lean size at the same time...any thoughts would help...Thanks

    run some test e or sust.. you will be happy with the results. Dont stack with deca on this cycle...

    500mg a week is a good place to start, split into to shots a week

    10 mg nolva ed
    pct after 2 weeks of last test shoot

    Thanks for the advice...so i should split the 500mg each week into two shot...Is 22 or 23 guage better? Thanks for all the help

    yes 2 shots...ex: mon & thurs
    23 would be better, a little
    slow to draw.Some use a larger
    gauge pin to draw,and 23 2 shoot.

    i would not go with test e to cut and gain lean size, IMO. i would us test prop and winny. test e will cause more water retention than any of the other esthers, i would go with 150mg prop eod and winny at 50mgeod also, you will get a lot leaner and harder but still put on some size with the prop. this is just my opinion cause when ever i have run test e i tend to hold a bit of water.
