Clen timing...
Ive always heard that its best to take clen in the morning upon rising.. But I dont get a change to get to the gym or to do cardio until 7-9pm, when i get up at 8am... Should i push my clen dose to 1pm or somewhere about here because of its halflife?

i would split it up into two doses...one in the morning to keep metabolism burning all day then one as late as you can without effecting sleep.

take it all in the AM.clen has a 36hr 1/2 life so it doesnt matter what time you get to the gym.

one o fthe reason also why you want totake it in the morning as early as possible is so that youcan fall asleep at night
