If you took it on an empty stomach, it was probably just irritation....could have been from anything that you took. That's really not unusual. As far as the nosebleed, my guess is that you strained when you were throwing up, and probably just broke a little blood vessel. Nothing to worry about IMO.

if it happened right after you puked then yea, probably a blood vessel... But if it startes happenin every morning or so, then just check your BP...
This happened to me and it was just cuz my BP jumped out of whack, took some supps and never had the problem again...
Good Luck

Don't take your MV at the same time as your clen , take it later in the day with lunch or something. Also take your taurine about 30 mins before your clen. Try this it should help a bit. As far as nose bleeds, it could be that you have thin blood vessels in your sinus or you have dry sinus. There isn't much you can do about thin blood vessels it's genetic. Another problem might be your age. If you are young as in under 21, this might be the reason too. Use cotton swabs and just be mindful about the side in public. Take your potassium too.

I wouldnt assume that your nose blood would be from a broken blood vessel since it wasn't the same day as the puking. I occasionally get nosebloods while on clen . It rarely happens but when it does they just come out of nowhere.
