    Cool cardio

    As i find it hard to gain weight naturally even eating 3000 cals a day i normally do 12 weeks clean bulking (no juice) and two weeks diet and cardio do i need to do cardio all the time while using juice, thanks for all advice in advance

    no.....unless you want it for your heart......maybe do 1 day of light int. cardio....

    This is too much of a personal question for anyone to answer.

    What are you doing the cardio for? I"m assuming general health if you're having such a hard time putting on weight.

    body fat

    Cardio is for reducing my body fat, i do have a hard time putting on weight but if i eat enough i do put it on, But no matter how cleane the callories are i seem to get a bit of a bloated look around the gut area.

    I've found for me, certain foods bloat my mid section.

    Any Breads
    Peanuts
    Insulin with over 50g simple carbs right after injection.
    Any oral steroid

    It could be something your eating..I wake up in the morning flat as a board but come around 5pm, I'm totally distended...

    Thats exactly what im saying except i dont eat a lot of bread, no peanuts, and not many simple carbs at all and even with out the orals i bloat up.

    you find it hard to gain weight on 3000cal.....thats because any guy with decent amount of muscle will need more than that just to maintain.
    if you do cardio just do it before breakfast a couple of times per week and you will burn of your fat and speed your metabolism up.

    werd. even without your stats, I'd still say you need more than 3k cals a day!

    Sorry to bud in , but you guys are saying if you do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach you`ll burn fat not muscle?
