28 years old, and on my 1st cycle. Planning on 2-3 cycles per year.
I'm thinking I'd like to take 2-3 cycles per year from this point on.
I've been reading the forums for a while but may have missed any informative posts on long term side effects.
I don't plan on ever getting into really heavy doses. Would like to stay under 1g per week, and would like to top out my bodyweight around 255lbs.
What kind of long term effects am I risking with a clean diet and good pct if any?
I know many of the guys here are long term users and would like to hear some experiences.
Thanks in advance for your time,
Iceman

Two 12 week cycles maybe 3 is what I was planning.
I'll stick with Test,Deca , EQ, most likely.
Right now just running a 500mg test/week for 12 weeks.
Will take the summer off and come winter was thinking about 400mgDeca/500mg Test per week for another 12.

Two is fine but taking enough time off like TIME ON=TIME OFF always remember that. And also can you put your stats up like Height and BF please

I'm 6'3 225lbs (gained 5lbs off Test cycle so far in the first 2 weeks)
Bodyfat is 20-25%
My lifts can be found in my "journal" in the cycle results forums titled:
My Testosterone Enanthate Cycle 12 weeks or something like that.

I'd consider dropping your bodyfat.... At those stats it doesn't appear you were ready for AAS.

Benching 280 for 4 reps
Curling 135 for 3
20 chinups in a row
200lb barbell rows for sets of 5
315lb squats for reps of 5
Muscular wise I was plenty ready for AAS.
I had plateau'd, and my bodyfat may not be quite as high I was just shooting from the hip. I haven't actually tested myself just wanted to give you a conservative number.
Ark if I was concerned about my wallet I probably wouldn't be doing AAS.

well your numbers arnt great....i dont know many body builders who do sets of 3 for curls, you have to decide if you want power or muscle because such low reps build more power than muscle!
the only way to back up your claim is to post a picture.

I'm using 3-5 reps atm. 3 being the low end.

why i am a power lifter but even i use reps in the 8-15range when i trying build muscle.......3 reps on the curl will only wreck your joints and you wont be hitting the muscle correctly.it depends on your goal,if you wana put on muscle you need to increase those reps!

Well I'm an ectomorph and when I get into the 10-12 rep range I start feeling overtrained and my gains stop.
I'm not saying your wrong, just that I need to find a happy medium or I don't grow.
I could hit 6-8 reps most likely.

well 6-8 is a lot diff to 3-5......i would up it to 6-8 so(lots of bb used that range, lee priest, yates)but 3-5 is just too low in my opinion.

Alright I'll check that out. I've got a post up in the Work Out forum regarding getting my triceps more balanced to my biceps. Would appreciate your input there as well. =)
