    liquid clen dosage

    what is the easiest way to determine how much is 1ML?

    Use a syringe to draw it up and just take the pin out of the syringe first. Or if you dont wanna do that than 1/5 of a teaspoon is 1mL althought that would be very hard to get accurate dosings that way.

    Should say on the bottle, but as a general rule usually 1ml = 200mcgs, atleast for most liquid clen anyway, that I'm aware of.

    Get yourself an oral syringe,it
    will make it all easier for you.
    If your in Fl, Im sure the local
    drug store has them.
    Just a heads up...that a large amount.
