1000mg a week?
ok guyz ive been doin a 1000mg a week now 4 my last 5courses and i ant got any real results of my last 2.do i need 2 up the dose.this is wat ive been told.im 22 and scale in at 15stones.ive taken more or less everything since i waz 17 apart from groth.any advie would be great.

just need 2 know if i need to up the dose is my body used 2 a 1000mg now shud i go higher?

1,000mg of what? Test? Are you counting the base hormone or with esters?

am i reading this correctly, you have been on 1,000mg of gear at 22yrs in your last 4 courses? and now your not responding?

Have you ever considered the fact that it may not be the amount of gear but other aspects like training/diet that are lacking?

15 stone isnt very much weight(its around 90kg or 200lb isnt it?)
just saying your on a gram doesnt give any one an idea of what is up with you....meaning that a gram of primo doesnt = a gram of test...so tell every one what your cycle looks like
i would allways look at diet then training then finally drugs if your not gaining...its not only the drugs that makes you grow!

This seems like a conversation I had the yesterday with someone who asked if he should go over a gram of testosterone . I told him he needs to focus more on heavy free weights, maintaining a workout log to track actual progress, eat more and for God's sake - SLEEP... he gets very little sleep...
By trying to push in more drugs to make up for the lack of discipline in other essential areas - you can lose sight of that benefit-to-risk ration being in your health's favor...

a gram of creatine maybe? thats a lot of cycles for a 22 year old..i dont wanna sound like a parrot but a gram of what? and check the diet forum it is helping me a lot..as well as swole squats
