Health or Gains?
What is the main reason for time on = time off?

Give receptors time to clear , kidneys and liver some down time.Its not just 1 reason its many.

I dont agree with that receptor thing.. its pretty much proven to be a myth (or atleast close to it), but yeah , give body some time to rest and so that u react well to another cycle.. Then the normalizing of the HPTA is important for many ppl.. its not a concrete time frame though but following that u should be pretty safe..

health.....to give the body time to recover its own test production and mimilise side effects(if you stay on all the time sides could get worse).
saying that some pros are on all the time(i know a couple of guys who havent come off in 20years,they just taper doses).
